Saw it on Too Good to Go and decided to give it a try. Honestly I'm glad I did because I'm VERY satisfied with the meal and customer service. The surprise bag included a meal of smothered chicken, Mac and cheese, green beans, and a piece of sweet cornbread. Everything was DELICIOUS. The customer service was also very warm and friendly. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Went to JJ's based on reviews from tiktok & was not disappointed! We got the chitterlings, hog maws, bar-b-q turkey wings, mac-n-cheese, candied yam, & holy ghost kool-aid to drink. EVERYTHING was fresh & flavorful & the customer service was top tier!!!!!

I was craving some chicken and dressing today and found this place on Yelp! I never heard of them but wanted to give them a try. The food was def flavorful and little on the salty side but still good and it met my craving! The portion sizes are really big and filling! The chicken and dressing was so good and the candied yams and cabbage was a great side! Everybody was so nice and friendly. I’ll def be back to try the oxtails.

A few of my coworkers and I have visited this establishment on several occasions; we love to support black businesses. The food and customer service is good but we always have issues with our sides being too ( greens, potatoe casserole, cabbage, mac n cheese just to name a few) salty. Not every establishment cares if people may have health issues but we were hoping this one would; we actually love this place asides from that one issue.

Tweety is THE BEST, y'all hear me?! She needs a raise. She assisted me with an online order got me my Pig feet!! Not only that, she went the extra step, and asked what all I needed to ensure that I was happy with my order. That type of hospitality is rare, and she set a great standard. I will most definitely be ordering again tomorrow!!

I had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans with cornbread. Everything was well seasoned and the tasting satisfied my expectations. I do recommend this place for good soul food. I hate the lasagna wasn't ready. So I will be back.

I tried the meatloaf pork smoked chop cabbage dressing and it was really good that pork chop so thick and delicious it will give your jaws a workout. Good portions I'll definitely be back
